        As an authoritative journal in the field of Quaternary research, Journal of Quaternary Science has been committed to publishing original papers since its establishment, aiming to deepen human understanding of the Earth's history over the past 2.58 million years. This magazine spans multiple disciplines, such as archaeology, botany, climatology, etc., providing a platform for Quaternary scientists to exchange and share research results. It not only focuses on the research progress of a single discipline, but also attaches great importance to the results of interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary research. These research results not only help us to have a more comprehensive understanding of Quaternary history, but also promote the development of related disciplines.

        In addition to original papers, the journal also welcomes brief communications and letters related to Quaternary science. These brief articles provide researchers with a quick channel to share new discoveries and insights, further promoting academic exchange and collaboration. The magazine provides important academic support for Quaternary scientific research and promotes the continuous development of this field by publishing high-quality research papers and brief communications.
